1. Scope & Acceptance of Terms

This Disclaimer explains how you can use Flixfox, a free OTT platform created for Indian audiences. It is compatible with Android smartphones running the 6.0 or higher version and can also be accessed through supported platforms like PCs, Smart TVs and FireStick. By downloading, installing or using Flixfox to stream content, download titles or access features such as multi-server playing, offline viewing, subtitles and content requests you agree to these terms in full. These conditions are subject to Indian law.

2. Content Aggregator & Service Limitations

Flixfox operates as a content aggregator, providing consumers data from third sources. We do not host, store or manage any kind of content on the platform and do not provide any guarantee that any movies, series, live TV or other OTT content is legal, correct, high-quality, stable or otherwise available. Content libraries, streaming links and available titles can change suddenly due to licensing changes, copyright claims, technical limits or regional restrictions. We make no promises that our service will be available all of the time, that streaming won’t slow down or experience interruptions, or that it will work with all supported devices.

3. User Risks & Liability Disclaimer

You bear all risks associated with the use of Flixfox. These are:

Security risks (download at your own risk as APK files can contain malware or be fake)

Potential issues with device compatibility (while Flixfox is developed for Android 6.0+, we cannot guarantee that it will function on all hardware and software setups)

Legal risks, so you need to ensure compliance under India’s Copyright Act, 1957, or any other applicable laws

Under no circumstances will Flixfox be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, that results from your use of the site and/or platform. This includes but is not limited to damage to your device as a result of malfunction; data losses; third party contract claims and streaming disruptions.

4. Content Rights & Service Changes

We don’t host third-party content; it’s governed by its owner’s copyright and conditions. Flixfox reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content category, or service at any time without notice. This Disclaimer may also be updated from time to time based on changes in our business practices or the law.

5. Conditions of Use and Applicable Law

By continuing to use Flixfox after this Disclaimer has been modified you are agreeing to the amended terms. If you do not agree with any part hereof, immediately discontinue the use of all Flixfox's services. This Disclaimer is subject to Indian law, and the Indian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that arises.
