1. Scope and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flixfox, the best free entertainment app in India for Android devices 6.0 and higher, PCs, Smart TVs, and FireStick via supported methods.

By downloading, installing and/or accessing the Flixfox application for movies, TV series, live TV or any features such as offline downloads, multi-server playing and content requests (collectively "Flixfox"), you agree to these Terms and follow all Indian laws.

Please do not use Flixfox anymore if you do not agree to any of its terms.

2. Permitted Use & Restrictions

Flixfox is only available to you for personal, non-commercial use on a limited, non-exclusive rights basis. That includes streamable content, downloading titles for offline viewing, live TV and OTT programming, multi-language subtitle support, the ability to manage a list of your favorite titles and request unavailable titles.

You may not use Flixfox’s services for business purposes, such as screening movies in public, undercutting or reselling access to (or monetizing) the material, charging others money for access to the material and/or giving away Flixfox’s services.

You promise to use Flixfox in a lawful manner and you shall not do any of the following:

Modify, reverse engineer, break into or interfere with, in these terms or not;

Download & share the copyrighted media files without authorization from their respective copyright holders;

Send illegal content/routes that are likely to offend or damage something else;

Access Flixfox through applications/modems/encoders that are unauthorized software developers patched versions, third-party tools such pirate apps;

Circumvent Content Restrictions Replay / Replay Misuse features (the one meant for API-multiplexed access only).

3. Ownership of Content and Warranties for Services

Flixfox contains various content types such as movies, web series, sports broadcasts, TV channels and OTT content; its copyright owners own all of the such contents.

Flixfox does not provide you ownership rights, it just makes it easier for you to access this content.

Any downloaded content is only available in the app when you are not connected to the internet. You cannot share it, distribute it, or store it on other devices.

We cannot guarantee that our service will be available in all places, at all times or without interruptions; that streaming will always be error-free; that it will work on every device, or in regard of specific content availability.

We may: change or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) any feature, content, service or the Site for any reason without notice to you. That includes regular updates to enhance performance and add new titles.

Flixfox is provided by you at your own risk. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may occur from your using the platform (for instance, buffering, content being unavailable to you or problems on the device).

4. Termination & Policy Updates

Also, we can immediately terminate or suspend your Flixfox access if you violate these Terms and / or Indian law.

The moment your account is terminated; you must cease the use of Flixfox and destroy all downloaded materials.

Terms regarding copyright, limitation of liability and applicable law will survive termination.

These terms will be governed by Indian law and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of Indian courts.

We might change these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will announce the changes along with a new date. By continuing to use Flixfox, you are accepting the new Terms.
